About
DM Gestão is a web system for healthcare offices and clinics of any profession: podiatrists, nurses, physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, psychologists, dentists and more. It brings the schedule, the patients, the health records, the documents and the finances into one place.
It is built for Brazilian clinics: health records signed with ICP-Brasil certificates, patient data encrypted at rest and a complete flow for the requests of the LGPD (the Brazilian data protection law). Each clinic sees only its own data.
What it does
Health records with digital signature
Electronic health records and prescriptions that are locked when finished and signed with the ICP-Brasil certificate of the professional.
Patients and anamnesis
Complete registration, dependents and family groups, configurable anamnesis with clinical alerts, a body map and evolution photos.
Documents and templates
Certificates, consent forms and instructions issued from templates, with the clinic letterhead.
Finances and stock
Payments per care, discounts, revenue reports, and the materials used by each treatment.
Privacy and audit
Encryption of patient data, access by role (patient data only for professionals), two-factor login and an audit trail of every access.
