Streaming Next Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of the Streaming Next browser extension, made by BomLabs. By installing or using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension.

The service

Streaming Next lists the channels you follow on Twitch, YouTube and Kick, shows which ones are live and notifies you about them. It is free, and it is offered as it is, without any paid plan.

BomLabs is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Twitch, Google, YouTube or Kick. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the platforms.

Your accounts on the platforms

To use Streaming Next you connect your own accounts on the platforms. You keep following their rules, and the use of each one is also governed by its own terms:

Acceptable use

  • Use the extension only for your personal use, with accounts that are yours.
  • Do not use it to break the rules of the platforms, to overload their services or to get around their limits.
  • Do not abuse the login service of the extension, for example by calling it from other apps.

Privacy

The data the extension accesses and how it is kept are described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Availability and changes

Streaming Next depends on the APIs of each platform. When a platform changes or limits its API, a feature may stop working until the extension is updated, or may be removed.

BomLabs may change, suspend or end the extension or any of its features at any time.

Source code and license

The source code of the extension is published under the BSD 3-Clause License. These terms cover the use of the published extension; the license covers the use of the code.

No warranty

The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. BomLabs does not guarantee that it will be free of errors, that every live will be found or that every notification will arrive.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BomLabs is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the extension, including missed lives or notifications.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new update date. Using the extension after a change means you accept the new terms.
